The Canadian Apparel Federation (CAF) is the national association for Canada's apparel industry. CAF brings together leading Canadian firms from across the industry and provides valuable information and services in areas such product safety, customs and trade, product development, and supply-chain management. Under the Wear Canada umbrella we help members identify and access new export markets.
Organized in 1981, AAPN is a private sector, non-profit, members-only, apparel industry business network of over 600 company owners and senior executives from nearly 200 organizations across the supply chain. We are organized industrially worldwide to produce apparel for the US market from North America, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, North Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Asia and China from our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
The Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) is an industry-wide group of over 200 leading apparel, footwear and home textile, brands, retailers, suppliers, service providers, trade associations, nonprofits/NGOs, and academic institutions working to reduce the environmental and social impacts of products around the world. Through multi-stakeholder engagement, the SAC seeks to lead the industry toward a shared vision of sustainability built upon a common approach for measuring and evaluating apparel, footwear and home textile product sustainability performance that spotlights priorities for action and opportunities for technological innovation. The SAC was incorporated as a 501c(6) nonprofit organization and launched the groundbreaking Higg Index suite of tools in 2011. For more information, visit apparelcoalition.org.
